Appointments
We know you have many choices when selecting a dentist in Cincinnati.  Thank you for choosing Dr. Wilson as your dental health care provider.  Requesting an appointment is a simple process via our Web site or if you’d rather by phone. If you choose via web: after receiving your request we will contact you with a confirmation of the date and time.  All new patients must complete our Health History/Insurance Information/Statement of Financial Policy forms before seeing the dentist.  For your convenience these forms are available for downloading simply by selecting the New Patients tab. Another option is spending a few minutes filling out your forms, prior to the start of your first appointment in our office.

Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file your dental insurance claims.  To provide faster insurance response, we have the capability to submit claims electronically daily via the computer.  We are happy to assist you to the best of our ability with your insurance.  Dental insurance is not meant to be a pay-all; it is only meant to be an aid.  When you are in our office we will estimate the insurance portion and you are to pay the estimated amount not covered by your insurance.

We bill and accept most dental insurance. Our staff is qualified to answer all your insurance questions.

Even with dental insurance YOU are still responsible for the entire cost of our professional services. Most dental insurance plans have policy limitations in dental treatment and payment for treatment. Your insurance policy may not cover all dental services and may only pay a portion of the total cost of your dental treatment. We will assist you in determining this. After your first visit we accept assignment of benefits paid by your insurance company. If however, 60 days after submitting a claim your insurance company has not responded, you become responsible for any unpaid balance. Financial arrangements are available to assist YOUR in the payment of your bill.
